Supplier Requirements
All suppliers and vendors must meet the following requirements to be considered for partnership with Blue Onyx Holding Corp:
Valid business license and insurance certificates
Compliance with all applicable food safety regulations (FDA, USDA, CFIA)
Allergen control documentation for gluten-free and nut-free supply chain
Signed acknowledgment of our Ethical Sourcing & Social Responsibility Policy
Completion of supplier questionnaire and background review
Adherence to our Business Travel & Entertainment Policy
Regular quality audits and third-party certifications as required
